Our orders are processed within 2 days. During seasonal times like Christmas and New Years, order processing can take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Times:

We ship from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia, We currently ship to Australia with plan to expand to new countries this 2025!

• Orders shipping within Australia will arrive between 3-5 business days.

Returns, Exchange, Cancellations:

Coffee bags are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We take great care in following best practices to ensure your coffee arrives in perfect condition.

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 24 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at hello@moonvalleycoffee.com so we can make this changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the items unopened for a full refund.
